An estimate, not a quotation

Where the numbers come from

Transfer duty follows the SARS bracket table for the tax year shown above; attorney fees follow the conveyancing guideline tariff and Deeds Office fee schedule loaded for that rate set.

What is not included

Municipal rates and levy clearance figures, bank initiation and cancellation charges and any occupational rent are only known once they are requested, so your final account will differ.

Confirm it with an attorney

Only the conveyancer appointed to the transfer can issue a binding pro forma account. Find one in the directory.

For law firms

Quote conveyancing costs from your own rate tables

The same calculator runs inside JuriStack, where your firm’s fee scale produces a branded quotation against the matter — and the client can track the transfer as it moves.
