- Do these prices include VAT?
- No. Every price on this page excludes VAT. VAT is added to your invoice where it applies.
- What happens after the free trial?
- New firms get 14 days of full access, and no card details are taken to start. Your registration is reviewed by our team and you receive an e-mail once it is approved. When the trial ends you choose one of the plans above to carry on working — nothing is charged automatically.
- Are we locked into a contract?
- No. A monthly plan runs month to month and you can cancel at any time. An annual plan is paid for twelve months up front at the annual price shown, and is not tied to a longer term than that.
- Where is our data hosted?
- In South Africa. JuriStack runs on Microsoft Azure in the South Africa North region — both the database and the document storage — so your client files and matter records stay in the country.
- How does JuriStack help us meet POPIA obligations?
- Each firm's records are isolated to its own tenant, access is governed by role-based permissions your firm configures, and changes to records are written to an audit log. Those are the controls POPIA expects you to be able to demonstrate; responsibility for how the firm processes personal information remains the firm's.
- Does it handle trust accounting properly?
- Trust and business money are kept in separate ledgers, receipts and payments are recorded against the matter, and trust balances and statements can be printed for review — the separation the LPC rules require. Transactions are captured by your staff; there is no bank-feed integration, so reconciliation against the bank statement is done by hand.
