Pull pages out of a PDF, or cut it into parts

Lift the three pages a client asked for out of a sixty-page bundle, or break a scanned file into the parts it should have been. Pages are copied exactly, on your own computer.

Your file never leaves your device. The work is done by your browser, on your computer. Nothing is uploaded, stored or logged — close the tab and it is gone.

Questions, answered

How do I write a page range?
Page numbers and ranges separated by commas, counted from 1: "1-3, 7, 10-12" gives pages 1, 2, 3, 7, 10, 11 and 12 in that order. A reversed range such as "5-3" puts those pages in reverse.
What does "split every N pages" do?
It cuts the document into consecutive parts of N pages each — a 10-page file split every 4 pages gives three files of 4, 4 and 2 pages. Set N to 1 to turn every page into its own file.
Why do I get several download buttons instead of a ZIP?
Each part is a complete PDF ready to download on its own. "Download all" saves them one after another; your browser may ask once for permission to download several files.
Are the extracted pages identical to the original?
Yes. Pages are copied, not re-rendered, so text stays selectable and images keep their quality. Bookmarks and interactive form fields are not carried across, as they belong to the document rather than to a page.
